- Your should get your dog groomed every 4 to 6 weeks.
- If you bath your dog in between grooming appointments, make sure to brush and dry
the dog's coat to avoid matting.
- Clip your dog's nails every 4 to 6 weeks.
- If your are clipping your dog's nails becareful not to clip them too short
or you may hit the quick. If you do hit the quick and the nail begins to bleed
use QuickStop to stop bleeding (you can buy it at your local pet store)
- Clean your dog's ears every time you give your dog a bath. Avoid
getting water in your dogs ears, it can cause an ear infection.
- Brush your dog's coat in between groomings to keep coat from matting.
- Check your dog's teeth for tartar build up. If your dog has alot of tartar
build up take them to your vet for a polish. Otherwise brush your dog's teeth
once a week.
